- Who provides the tutoring?
- All sessions at launch are delivered by Ujaan, the founder of ujLearn — a second-year medical student at Imperial College London with personal experience navigating medicine admissions in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Which countries do you support?
- We support students aiming for medicine in the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Sessions are held online, so you can join from anywhere.
- Are sessions online?
- Yes. All mentoring sessions are 1:1 online. You will receive a meeting link before your session.
- How long are sessions?
- Sessions are 60 minutes at launch. Additional session lengths may be offered later.
- How do I book?
- Create a free account and set your country and timezone at registration. Once logged in, choose a service, pick an available time, and complete payment securely via Stripe.
- What happens after payment?
- Your booking is confirmed after payment is verified. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details and meeting link when available.
- Can I cancel or reschedule?
- Bookings are final — we do not offer refunds after payment. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice before your session. See our cancellation policy for details.
- Is admission to medical school guaranteed?
- No. ujLearn provides guidance based on personal experience, preparation, and research. We do not guarantee admission, interview success, or specific exam scores.
- How is pricing shown?
- When you register, you select your country and timezone. You will see the price for your market only (NZ$70 in New Zealand, A$60 in Australia, £35 in the UK, or A$60 elsewhere). You can update your country and currency in your profile if needed.
