Bookings are final

Once payment is completed and your booking is confirmed, refunds are not offered. Please choose your session time carefully before paying.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a confirmed session if you give at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.

Within 24 hours

Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice may not be accepted. Contact us if you have exceptional circumstances.

Payment confirmation

Your booking is only confirmed after payment is successfully verified. You will receive a confirmation email with session details.
